World’s First Ever iPad Case For Vegetarians
by Ivan on Apr.23, 2010, under iPad Cases, iPad Covers, iPad News
Not a fan of leather? Good, neither are we. Plus you’ll be happy to hear that the guys and gals over at Tuff Luv have outdone themselves, with the world’s first ever iPad case for vegetarians.
The veggie leather iPad case as they call it, is made with a faux-leather material, but is just as strong and durable as traditional cow-based leather. If not more.
Another unique feature of the Tuff Luv case is that it has pull tabs built-in to easily remove your iPad from it, when you need quick access. Great for when you need to change a music tune, as the iPad makes a great Mp3 player.
This case should make vegetarians quite happy. I know I was glad to hear about it. Kudos to Tuff Luv! However you will have to wait a bit to get it, as it doesn’t ship till end of May. You can pre-order it though.
Site description:

iPad Privacy Screen From XGear For Private Eye’s
by Ivan on Apr.23, 2010, under iPad News
If you plan to take your iPad with you on the bus or any other crowded area, but wish for screen privacy, take a look at the new product out from XGear.

The iPad privacy screen makes it difficult for others to view your tablet from either a left or right angle. The sole purpose of this protector is to shield and or obscure the iPad screen so that others can’t easily view it. You know, in case you’re writing a sappy love letter to your girlfriend (or boyfriend) and or a letter of resignation to your boss. What? In times of a recession, you ought to reconsider resigning. Really, bud!

ABC Modern Family iPad Video
by Ivan on Apr.05, 2010, under iPad News, iPad Videos
Have you seen the hilarious video of the iPad on the ABC tv show, Modern Family? The one that prominently showcases the iPad as a birthday present for Dad, played by Ty Burrell on the hit weekly comedy series?
What’s cool about the spoof, is the app used on the iPad, called Birthday A la Carte. It’s essentially an app that features a giant cake on the iPad screen, and the candles can be blown off virtually. Very cool iPad app.
Watch the video above and see the app for yourself. Nevermind goofy Phil, (a/k/a dad) drooling all over the his birthday gift.

Lady Gaga iPad Decal To Dress Down Your Tablet
by Ivan on Mar.31, 2010, under iPad News
I’m not a fan of Lady Gaga at all, but if you are. Have a look at the new Lady Gaga iPad decal from Etsy. It freakishly sports a cartoon image of the pop queen beast, as she holds an Apple in her hand.
I do love Etsy though, and I promise if you visit, you will LOVE it, too. It’s an online marketplace where everything is handmade by the sellers. The Lady Gaga iPad decal can be custom fitted by the seller for your Apple tablet and will be shipped from Bristol, PA.
It’s sized specifically for the iPad, and is available for order now.
